In collaboration with education partners from Assiniboine College, Brandon School Division, and Brandon University, we are pleased to advise that Our Journey: Celebrating Indigenous Student Success 2026 will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026. This annual celebration honours the educational success of our community’s Indigenous students.

Please note: Due to the forecasted weather, the event location has changed from the Riverbank Discovery Centre to the Manitoba Room at the Keystone Centre.

When: Friday, May 22, 2026

• 8:00 am – Pipe Ceremony 
• 9:30 am – Registration 
• 11:00 am – Grand Entry 
• Noon – Hot Dog BBQ Lunch 
• 12:00 – 3:30 pm – Pow Wow 
• 3:30 pm – Feast 

Where: Manitoba Room, Keystone Centre, 1175 – 18^th Street, Brandon 

We hope you will join us in honouring Indigenous students as we recognize all they have achieved throughout their educational journey.
