Board meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (with some exceptions), beginning at 7:30 pm in the J. L. Milne Boardroom, Administration Office, 1031 - 6th Street, Brandon, MB. 

Members of the public are always welcome to attend, and we invite everyone to watch the live streaming of the Board meetings on our website here: Board Meeting Dates & LIVE Streaming (bsd.ca). 

Members of the public wishing to make a presentation, a delegation or a petition are asked to contact the office of the Secretary-Treasurer, by email: delegations@bsd.ca, or by phone at (204) 729-3114, no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the Board meeting.
